Above Chirk to the Dee Valley
21x21cm Acrylic Painting on wood. 24x24cm in black wood frame. Following a series of sketching trips to a field opposite the Chirk Airfield I produced a small series of paintings. It was interesting to see the familiar shapes of my landscape from a different angle, a new perspective. I delighted in recognising fields, villages and individual farms.
